Full-Day Outpatient Treatment

At Meta, we understand that mental health is essential to overall well-being. That's why our comprehensive Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program is designed to provide individuals with the support, resources, and tools they need to achieve lasting wellness and thrive in their lives.

Customized, Full-Day Care

Our Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program is the most intensive outpatient program we provide. This program integrates evidence-based therapies, individual counseling, and recovery-focused activities delivered by master’s-level clinicians in a supportive peer setting. It is designed for individuals who need the highest level of outpatient care within a structured, full-day schedule.

Along with daily group sessions, clients receive one individual therapy session each week. They also have access to a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management or family support as needed. Each client is assigned a case manager who oversees their progress throughout treatment.

Typical Monday–Friday Full-Day Treatment Schedule

Participants in the Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program are encouraged to begin with a five-day-a-week commitment. The sample schedule below reflects what a typical day in the program may look like, though it can be adjusted based on each client’s unique needs. Lunch is provided daily.

We recognize that everyone has personal responsibilities that may make this level of commitment difficult. That’s why we collaborate with each client to tailor the program to fit their individual circumstances.

The Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program is thoughtfully structured to address mental health conditions, providing personalized guidance and intensive support to promote long-term recovery.

Clinical Services

Meta Addiction Treatment provides comprehensive clinical services, including medication management and mental health support. Our certified nurse practitioner is also available to assist clients with their clinical needs throughout treatment.

Medication Management and Mental Health Support

For clients who may benefit from medication to support their mental health needs, we offer targeted medication management services. If a recommended medication cannot be prescribed in-house, our team will coordinate with the client’s existing prescribing provider to ensure seamless continuity of care. This collaborative approach helps maintain consistent, uninterrupted support throughout the recovery process.

After Full-Day Outpatient Treatment

After completing the Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program, clients are encouraged to transition into either our Half-Day Program or our Aftercare services. In Aftercare, participants attend treatment once per week, which includes a full day of group therapy and an individual counseling session.

Aftercare is designed to help clients maintain momentum, sharpen their recovery skills, and work through any challenges that may arise as they take on greater independence.

Meta Addiction Treatment also offers robust Alumni Programs that provide ongoing peer support, sober events, and additional resources. Together, our Alumni Programs and Aftercare services help reinforce the tools and strategies gained throughout treatment.
