As a case manager in the field of substance abuse and mental health treatment, I’m committed to guiding individuals through their unique recovery journeys. With certification as both a life coach and an aromatherapist, I blend holistic approaches with evidence-based practices, as well as 12-step programs and SMART recovery. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, offering personalized support to clients as they navigate their treatment plans and work toward long-term recovery.

Being in recovery myself, I feel a strong connection to the communities I serve. I’m deeply rooted in New England’s recovery network and believe healing is a deeply personal and ongoing process. My approach focuses on empowerment—helping clients find strength, resilience, and joy while they work through the challenges of recovery.
