Kyle’s passion for working in the substance abuse field came from years of struggling with his own issues. It was through the teaching and practicing of the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous in which Kyle found a sense of meaning and freedom from alcoholism. His work in treatment started as a volunteer at a residential program on the north shore. Since then, he has held positions ranging from program coordinator, behavioral health tech, and case manager. He works with both addicts and families to educate them on sustained recovery.
